  • Charity is now on the reward marketplace.
We’re excited to introduce Charity as a new category on the Xoxoday Plum reward marketplace! Users can now donate their reward points to a cause they care about, supporting verified charities across different geographies. Here’s how it works:
  • Choose the charity you want to support
  • Decide how much you’d like to donate
  • The equivalent reward points will be deducted automatically
2. Campaign management in Rewards API Managing product catalogues just got easier. Admins can manage catalogues by category and campaign without fetching the entire list using the Get Voucher API. Instead, they can retrieve updates for only the selected products included in a campaign, reducing effort, improving performance, and giving more control over the reward experience. 3. Tazapay payment gateway for SEA region Smoother, localized payments are now live for Southeast Asia. We’ve integrated Tazapay, a localized payment gateway for SEA users for smoother payments for Southeast Asia. With Tazapay, users get

 Upcoming features: ⭐ Mobile top up as a marketplace category Users will soon be able to recharge mobile numbers by selecting preferred plans and paying seamlessly using reward points. ⭐ WhatsApp as a reward distribution channel Alongside Email and SMS, businesses will soon be able to send rewards directly via WhatsApp. No extra steps—just faster delivery right where your users are. ⭐Custom expiry dates for rewards Admins will have the ability to set custom expiry dates for rewards. No more fixed timelines—just more flexibility to align with your campaign.
